Our 10,000 square foot state of the art training facility located in sunny San Diego is the only one of its kind in the country. Located just minutes from the beautiful beaches of southern California, you will experience a complete coffee awakening at our training facility. Have you ever wondered how a coffee berry goes from a bright cherry red colored fruit to a ground coffee bean? How many times is coffee sold before it is in a cup? Get all these answers and more with our fun filled training experience. Pick a coffee berry from our onsite coffee trees and take a bite. See the difference between ripe, over-ripe and green coffee beans. Understanding the process a berry goes through in order to become a fully roasted coffee bean is key to being a successful business owner in the coffee industry.
Our facility offers our students many options for equipment to tailor to their business' needs. Our large inventory of equipment ranges from basic semi-automatic espresso machines to top of the line fully automatic four group espresso machines. Operating from multiple grinder and brewer configurations will help you in choosing the best fit for your application. Offering such a broad range of equipment allows our customers to gain experience on different designs from many different manufacturers and gain an even more thorough understanding of the equipment. With different pieces of equipment our customers will leave training feeling confident in their equipment choices.
